Investing in our children

Kashmir Education Initiative (KEI) is now a decade into the mission of facilitating education of meritorious but financially disadvantaged children.

At KEI we believe education is one of the most important tools for the empowerment and development of individuals, communities and institutions. We began with the lead objective of providing promising but at-risk students of conflict-ridden Kashmir a supportive environment oriented to foster leadership. This journey began with embracing seven students. That humble beginning has become a program that helps shape 800 promises every year. These are stories of helping create leaders and inspirers.
