Organizational Documents

These documents are made available for informational purposes. They include our Articles of Incorporation, By Laws and other related documents. These documents are the property of KEI, reproduction or modification of these documents is strictly prohibited.

This is the original incorporation certificate of KEI signed by the Secretary of State of Massachussets. The articles were subsequently amended and the latest ones are also available upon request.

This document describes the articles on which KEI was incorporated. In addition it also outlines the By Laws that govern our day to day functioning and the organizational structure.

This document is the tax exemption certificate issued by IRS approving KEI as a non-profit charity under the 501(c)(3) (EIN tax id 42-1733906) charities act.

These are 2015 tax returns for KEI. As required by law, the tax returns of exempt organization such as ours are open to public inspection.
