Rain-hit Kashmir is going thru its worst flooding in over 50 years. Most of Srinagar city and around 2000 villages are under water. Hundreds are reported dead. Most lines of communication have been silent for days. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with the people of Kashmir. May the worst be behind us. If you have a question or comment for KEI, please do contact us. If you are looking for a credible place to donate towards relief efforts, there are many options including chinarinternational.org and revivekashmir.org.
Addition: KEI has launched a Donate A Book campaign.
We have published the Fall 2014 edition of the KEI Newsletter. You can access it by clicking here.
