Shaida Andrabi is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Kashmir. Prior to that he was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University’s Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Dr. Andrabi received his PhD in Biochemistry from Tufts University, Boston and his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from Aligarh Muslim University, India. Shaida is one of the founding members of KEI and firmly believes that sustainable changes in societies and nations can come only through education. Shaida is currently the program director for the Post Graduate Scholarship (PGS) and the KEI Science Scholarship (KEISS).
Shaida is very passionate about teaching as well as research. He takes keen interest in mentoring and counseling the students in and outside his classes. Besides his profession, he is an avid lover of nature and enjoys photography.
